Nothing wrong with a docudrama on the families and survivors…what they went through. Dividing up the series the way this one did, blows. Netflix used it for ESG credits as much as possible. Twisted facts and inserted Niecey Nash in way too much.

Leaving Dahmer as just evil is such a wet fart. He wasn’t evil, he was damn crazy. Didn’t belong in prison. He belonged locked away in a mental institution until he died. But Netflix isn’t calling many people these days “Mentally Ill”, so it’s pretty on brand.

What is ESG? What facts did they twist? I'm wondering if those cops really harassed that family like that. It's horrible if they made that up.

I think the point of view of the victims' families needed to be told.

This I do agree with.

Binged this over the weekend. It was by far one of the most unsettling things I've watched because this really happened.

It was so creepy but I couldn't stop watching it. The actor playing Dahmer is amazing. I hope he got counseling after filming. He had to be screwed up for sometime.

I appreciated the view from his neighbors and the victim's families. How this affected them gets lost in this story. Obviously the families had to learn how to deal with a loss of a loved one in such a horrific manner but the neighbors who lived in the building had to deal with it as well. I can't imagine living there and hearing the noises coming from that apartment. The screams, the fights, the drills. My God.

Everyone who had any contact with Dahmer suffered. He destroyed a lot of people.

He was obviously mentally ill but he knew exactly what he was doing and understood the gravity of the situation. It’s not like he would kill during psychotic episodes where he wasn’t interpreting reality. He was just a evil mfer who was addicted to murdering and dismembering people. He belonged in prison and I’m glad he got his head smashed in.
