re: Hillar Moore. You should not be the DA.

You have no clue the effect a strong vs weak DA has on crime. The DA should be feared by the criminals. The DA is on one side and the criminal defense attorney is on the other. Hillar Moore was a criminal defense attorney and NEVER a prosecutor before he was elected. He is weak on crime. Nice guy but weak.
Hillar Moore forgets his job is to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. The defense attorney has the opposite job. The judge is supposed to just be a ref (unless it’s a judge trial) between them to follow laws/procedures.
Hillar Moore forgets which side he is on.
Hillar Moore, you should fight harder for the victims of crimes and try to punish criminals as hard as you can. By not doing this, criminals have no fear walking into criminal court. The result is higher crime rates and worse crime.
I remember a time not too long ago that the prosecutors in EBR did not play and the defense attorneys had to beg for a deal. Now the defense attorneys laugh at Hillar Moore and his neutered ADAs.

Have you ever told Hillar you feel this way?

Maybe he should lay off the bar scene and have training classes for his ADAs on requesting and conducting bail contradictory hearings because they are a joke. The victims and law abiding citizens of BR are not being represented.
Or does Hillar Moore sitting on a bar stool at Ivars somehow help the crime situation in BR more? Or me having double vodkas and beer with a fat bald retard? Might make me feel all fuzzy and warm from a nice buzz but I doubt it would make Rice family feel better. How about you invite them to a bar to talk?
There’s work to be done by Hillar Moore, the DA of BR, and he is sitting in a bar having half-off appetizers on Thursdays and $5 vodka doubles talking with a fat bald retard about how good a job he is doing protecting the people of BR.
My answer is no.

Seriously. Nobody is going to get angry or physical. This invitation isn't a typical OT "meet me at Sonic" challenge.
It would be genuinely interesting and healthy to see you present your opinions to him in a casual setting over drinks and delicious appetizers. I'm a staunch defender of Hillar Moore the man and the DA. But healthy discourse is good.
I'll be there at 5. I'll buy you an appetizer and a big ole draft beer if you show up.
I'm the big fat bald retard. Very Easy to spot toward the far end of the bar!
What a ringing endorsement.
