The Saints did not activate RB Latavius Murray from the practice squad to face the Bucs.
Kamara missed practice on Thursday and Friday due to a ribs injury. We’ll see if he gives it a go tomorrow.

I could be wrong, but I think Murray would get carries over Washington.
Definitely, Ingram & Jones Jr. over Murray though.
Still, I think you're right...no reason to call him up if those 3 guys are healthy.

Per SaintsWire...
DT Christian Ringo is the only player being promoted from the PS for week 2. He was also the only player promoted last week.
NFL rules dictate that teams may elevate a practice squad player like this for three games each season; if they want to continue playing Ringo after reaching that limit, they’ll have to sign him to the 53-man roster.
