Well, I plead ignorance myself to Louisiana law.
That is just scary. With the turnover of finance folks and accounting/title clerks you constantly have people that don't know what they are doing or what the laws are.
At least the fat slow dmv lady has been sitting at her job for 20 years and knows the law/policies in place like the back of her hand.

How? Price x rate, which is done by a computer based on your zip code.
