Who would LSU fans like to win the NC since we are out now?

Of the remaining contenders I would like to see Texas Tech and then Penn State (something about that cute old man makes me smile). I might get slammed by some of you, but I would even not mind Saban winning as long as it did not have any negative effect on future LSU teams and recruiting just to prove once and for all what a great coach he is. I do not like Texas nor Florida (dont want them to have 2 in 3 years), or Georgia (i like them at zero since forever) at all.

Not an LSU fan but if it can't be Georgia (and I don't think it will be), I would hope for Texas Tech.
My nightmare is Texas vs. Penn State because I hate Texas more than any other team, but I would almost have to root for them over Penn State given the travesty I believe another Big 10 champion in the MNC game would be. 12-0 Big 10 champions right now should be treated like 12-0 Mountain West champions and capped at a certain level in the polls. Just not a serious conference. It will be again at some point, but it just isn't right now.

I'd like to see Bama or Florida take it, so atleast the SEC would remain the dominant league.

normally I would agree with that, but c'mon...its bama and florida. 2 teams I hate more than anyone. Let somone else take it.

I agree with this but you know if they end up in the national championship game all you are gonna hear is....12-0 from the big ten?? that doesn't mean anything and it's happened four times before so whats the big deal with them being left out...OR...nobody is looking forward to the game because they dont want another ohio state showing.

Texas Tech. They deserve the rep. Great team that I think doesn't get much attention since it is out in B.F.E Lubbock.

1) Any SEC team, including Bammer. I think they are actually more tollerable winning than when they were losing, so far.
