Nope.
I think Republicans are generally sorry pieces of shits when it comes to the political process. The high bar is set to allow you lazy pieces of shits to feel like you've done your part when you spend 12 minutes a year to drop by and vote on the way to pick up your chickfila.
You've gone above and beyond your call of duty if you donate $100 and spend that 12 minutes a year.
That's why every one of our campaigns have been understaffed with volunteers for decades. The dems constantly laugh about the three 82yo women and two 20yo young republicans, with state rep aspirations, being the only volunteers, while their campaigns are staffed with 1000's of emotionally charged losers who eat our lunch on the ground.

The ET card is truly the last arrow in their quiver. In the case of WWIII, I think it's look like we're tiptoeing the line, but other than a scare event, I don't think we get there.
Besides, there's plenty to support that WWIII is an information war, and if so, we're square in the midst of it.
