Dude holds the ball too damn long, No 13 was open. It's like you gotta be wide open for him to throw to you, he doesn't believe in throwing the WR open meaning throw it and let the receiver go and get it.

But it really doesn't matter, the point that people are making is that he holds the ball too damn long. Alvin Kamara is a nightmare for a LB to cover out of the backfield and Winston hasn't gone to him.
