Haven't had the flu vaccine in 25 years. Used to get the flu every year or twice a year when I was taking vaccine. In 25 years since not taking the vaccine I had the flu maybe 3 times

Unless you're really old or have significant health issues, you shouldn't be taking the flu vaccine.

Healthy lemmings line up every year to take a vaccine that they don't need because "It's what I'm supposed to do!". Let your immune system do it's job idiots

Spot on what I just posted as I might have had the flu 3 times in 25-30 years where I did not take a flu shot. But when I was young and took it yearly, I caught the flu every year and sometimes 2 times like you mention
