First play of the game Boutte was streaking down right sideline for deep TD.

The first play of the game the LT got blown up immediately, forcing Daniels to take off. What the frick are you talking about.

Yeah, I don't get the bitching about Daniels.

He never ran out of a clean pocket, he threw to his man when he had time, and ran when shite got hairy back there. The fact that he ran for positive yards is a good thing, it's better than getting sacked or throwing the ball away.

Florida State was better than expected, and way more fired up then the team was ready for. And when they had some success, they played off it.

It was just a fricked up game, that we still almost pulled out.

O Line was getting worked over, the primary WR target (the preseason All American) wasn't on his game AT ALL, the running backs weren't making impacts running. And Florida State had 10 play drives every time they got the ball, making it hard to get any sense of rhythm when we got it back. It was always a lot of pressure. The 2 times we stopped them, we fricking muff the punt.

Despite everything that happened, Daniels ran a 99 yd drive for the (should be) tying score in a minute and a half, with the backup WRs on the field because Boutte was checked out. What more can you ask of ANY qb in that spot? He delivered.
