Exactly how he looked when ND played Bama and Clemson

He could have said, “ our tackles need to play better or get replaced, our dline and linebackers need to wrap up, our punt returner needs to catch punts or get replaced, our kick blocking is atrocious”

I thought he looked super nonchalant all game until the last 60 seconds. There's nothing wrong with being cool under pressure but damn Team runs out the tunnel with all that energy and he's doing an interview with both hands in his pockets

Kelly made an adjustment on special teams.

It didn’t work.

O and Miles would not have made the adjustment

losing because we are outmatched personnel wise is one thing. Losing because of coaching is another. That was one of the worst coached LSU teams I’ve seen in years.

My biggest problem is it took the coaches until about 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter to make adjustments.

When we started playing with tempo offensively, the offense finally started moving the ball. Why couldn't we have done that before there were 17 minutes left in the game?

Those are the things he needs to answer. Why was the tackling so poor? Why was the scheme so poor? Why couldn't we play ANY press coverage?

I have alot of problems with the staff after tonight and he didn't directly address any of it after the game. I'm not gonna be crazy and call for his head after one game, but he has along way to go.

He circled special teams mishaps as one of the most glaring issues to take away from the one-point loss.

Defensive play-calling, especially in the first half and on 3rd down is what he should have said first. House needs to be held accountable.

Exactly. What is he supposed to say without throwing some folks under the bus completely? It's not his fault we cannot field a punt, make a PAT and other things. He inherited the weakest team talent wise since Saban.

No need to compare Kelly to coach O… Kelly never won a NC or built the best team ever in college football… Bad as you may hate it.. Coach O did..

It's always amazing to me that O gets no credit for this on this board lol. And yet Kelly gets no blame for not having the team ready to play in any facet of the game. Except the longsnapper, he was ready

Daniel’s didn’t play well in the first half. He was run first the whole half. After he settled into the game and start hitting his timing routes you can build tempo. Can’t just make it out of nothing.

The tackling and special teams were crap because this is the first “real” action of the season. There will be big improvements in tackling and some of the nerves related issues in the next week. Always happens.

This game felt like the 2010 UNC game, but we came out on the other end. TBD how it turns out from here, but that team got way better between week 1 and week 2, and the core of the team that came together in that season were the leaders of the 2011 team. We will see what happens, but watching these young men grow is definitely a big reason why people love this sport.

What makes you think BK will make any adjustments whatsoever? I didn’t see any evidence on this game to support that contention. This was Les Miles all over again

Y'all can downvote all you want, but this is the exact rhetoric we heard from O the last two years, almost verbatim!
