50/50 water and hydrogen peroxide
Spray bottle. Wait 5 minutes and wipe with a wet rag. Rinse with the hose
This won’t work if they have baked on there for several days

I just use car wash, like Mcguires, Blue coral, etc.
Wet with hose, pass towel from strong mix of car wash / water over bugs. Let sit. They will soften. Come back with same towel having re-dunked it in the soap mix. Then rinse.
If you are using the car wash listed above, they have wax. Each day it gets easier to remove the bugs.

Vinegar in a spray bottle.
I also use the vinegar sprayed on a rag (it's a weak acid and i dont want to drip on plastics) to wipe the inside of my windshield.
All the shite that collects off of you exhalation, etc will leave a film.

Buy a large refill bottle of windex. Pour it in the windshield wiper reservoir.

I have uses SOS pads and they work great. I just make sure to keep the windshield nice and wet while lightly scrubbing. They come right off, you may want to try a small spot just to make sure it doesn’t scratch your windshield.

Drench it with an automotive glass gleaner and scrub it dry with dry newspapers. When I babied my Mustangs this was a staple in the cleaning routine

If you’ll flang some hot wizz on it when the temps are above 100 it’ll sizzle em off like frying bacon in a skillet baw
