I.E. there is a cutoff but a human being isn’t in the room a moment after the sperm fertilizes the egg?

I support freedom.

its bullshite that men have any say in this.

let the authors of the new bills pay the life expenses of a few strangers kids. let all the Aye legislators adopt one each from current available stock in their state or commonwealth.

RvW meant 4th trimester abortions (e.g. partial birth abortions) were legal, and there was no way to make them illegal.

Everyone opposed to 4th trimester abortions should logically be opposed to RvW.

Murdering babies is the worst possible sin.

I think there should be abortions with many caveats and restrictions, but I also think life begins at fertilization. I also think it had no place being dictated on a federal level. The Fedgov needs to be put in its place and reduced in size and power.

Roe v Wade

Has nothing to do with abortion itself. It has to do with whether or not states have a right to pass their own laws vs. abortion.

For the bloodthirsty baby killers out there nothing has changed, in their states you can still murder your baby with glee and post about it on Twitter afterwards for bonus hell points.

Yeah we should just kill everyone that we don’t think holds any productive value to society. Why stop at the unborn? Homeless, drug addicts, felons, people with disabilities…. Oh wait only ruthless dictators, communists, and nazis support that stuff. Must be why democrats love it.

It isn't an easy subject and it will continue to evolve. I think it is a good step to take this out of the hands of unelected officials. That being said, I think Texas is at the best middle ground spot with a heartbeat being the litmus

Less cells than a house fly, I don’t consider that a human being. If so, you just mean it could be, in that case oppose contraception, that prevents more people than anything.

I gave you an answer. Here are more:

Everyone should be taxed as an individual get government out of marriage. Allow a person to put whoever they want as an heir or person able to make life/death decisions on their behalf.

Marijuana should be decriminalized on a federal level and treated like agriculture. Let the states form their on ways on how to handle it. I'm in favor of letting people grow whatever they want. If you want to sell commercially, then you have to meet basic standards of quality, i.e. you aren't putting any additives with it. If you make a product such as gummies, you should have some tested to verify potency.

These things aren't hard to do, but there is too much money involved with keeping things banned.

Once a human egg is fertilized from human sperm, it has its own distinct DNA, therefore it is a human life. Still aways to go before viability, etc. But it is a human lifeform.
