IF LSU gets derailed and we don't end up in BCS Bowl

I'd love to see the team square off against Texas Tech in the Cotton Bowl. Could happen.

assume you mean Texas Tech...my only issue with the Cotton Bowl is it starts before I get the coffee made

I'd like to see that game, but I'm not sure we'd like the result. Plus, I think TT plays in a better bowl this year. I think they'll beat either OU or UT and finish 11-1 and 2nd in the South.

Yes. I did mean Tech. Agreed the time sucks but it'd be fun to see our D match up with the Tech offense.

texas tech is possibly the worst matchup for us. Or missouri for that matter, but would rather missouri then tech.

I don't want any part of TT this year thank you very much. Missouri I would go with. Let's see how things play out, I wouldn't mind a BCS matchup in the Rose vs a certain Pac 10 team.

I don't think their passing attack bodes well for our D.
Plus, even if we don't go to a BCS bowl, we will probably make a Florida bowl. Outback / Capital One

I believe it's safe to go ahead the say that we are now derailing and we won't end up in a BCS bowl. The ONLY thing that would help us now is to beat the Gumps, and handily at that.
I do think this is now a 9-3 team that should head to Dallas to play Texas Tech or Missouri. It is not a bad bowl for this inexperienced team to play in, and remember, the last time was played there was after the 2002 season, and the next year we won the national championship. I know that is a delusional statement, but I do think that we will be a better football team next year for what we are going through this year.

Texas Tech? Are you kidding me? TT would score every time they touched the ball, and on the other side of that Lee would make their defense actually look good.
