He was asked about the offense and he immediately talked about how the defense stops the offense, but he turned around and said

1. Not gonna run the spread offense, but will air it out when he wants to. BE PHYSICAL
2. Protect the ball

I am a little nervous that the offense will be conservative.

Offensive line is a work in progress. Not the most athletic line he has coached.

I think some folks are going to be frustrated with the offensive direction under Kelly. A departure from what lsu has done or tried to do over the past 3 seasons.

Unfortunately it will be a very vanilla offense. The years Denbrock was at Cincy they only threw for around 230 yards per game. Almost never ran 5 wide. A lot of 3 wide and a TE.

Is he familiar with why Les was run off? it’s 2022, if he thinks that ball control stuff is going to win in this league, he’s in for a big surprise. You’ll get run off the field by Bama.
