Oh... Nothing really... Just a normal eviction notice by a small property owner... But you know those Deputies, They knew the risk the day they signed up...

I’m confused about your “remember business owners”. It was an eviction notice at a home.

OK County Sheriff was killed serving a move out eviction on a small business owners property... He didn't pay the rent..

No... Next time someone doesn't pay the rent, I got to court and they send the Sheriff...

Than goodness YOU don't have to do it huh?

OK Sheriff's Dept is alright.

Imagine if you will... A world where property owners served the evictions and and not the Sheriff.

But... They knew the risks...

Who is "they" in your sentence? Who's the antecedent?

I'm trying to get to the point you're making but you're not making it easy.

Sorry..

It's it's difficult to get a kid to take you order of chicken and bisques at KFC because they are short staffed due a labor shortage...

It must be really rough to get a Deputy Sheriff to knock on a door as ask someone to leave your property... But they knew the risk... They could die any day that they walked out the door...

Thank Goodness property owners don't serve eviction notices huh?

But we can be friends... The facts and truth are just that.. And time has proven a the same point once again...

We can only let time happen as this tragedy has just unfolded and pray for the sheriff's family.

It's just that he was doing a duty that the court asked upon him, because of a small business owner..

And any young buckaroo can go join the local sheriffs dept and make things right...

Are you suggesting property owners want the government more involved in evictions? Bc I can assure you that isn't the case

I do feel badly about the officer who apparently has lost his life

Do you want to serve all your evictions? Do you think all private landowners should serve their own evictions?

I drink... will sleep... If I am not back in a very soon period, it will be tomorrow before I can retort, but I think that you understand my position.

Maybe I can get an NFL kneel or something. Small Business owners deserve it. Certainly not the Sheriffs dept.. They knew the risks when they took the job...

If it meant I could evict them for being late on rent without jumping through 85 hoops and going to court 4 times then absodamnlutely I'd love to serve my own evictions. Have actually done it before in situations that didn't have a lease

I can't speak for all property owners but that's my feelings on the subject
