Alec Baldwin did not agree with you. He wanted a real gun AND pulled the trigger. He did not even bother to verify whether or not there was live rounds in the weapon.

Rule one, no matter who has checked said firearm, you always check the firearm yourself before using it. Regardless of motive.

Definition of manslaughter. His actions, although not premeditated nor intended to kill, ended a person's life because he pointed a firearm at him and pulled trigger.

Ask yourself this, how is it even possible to have live ammo within a mile of the set? Someone did this shite with intent. Baldwin is just a lazy moron who didn't check. On the gun/clip and look. Fake bullets don't have a lead projectile!.....duh

It is really sad. I cannot tell you how many times over 30+ years covering in ER I have heard someone say I did not know it was loaded. I think that 99.9% of the individuals who have said this are telling the truth. Unfortunately, it usually leaves one person dead and the other having to carry this guilt for the rest of their lives.
