Some Updates On EA College Football

Dynasty" and "Road to Glory" modes
Virtual magazine covers
Helmet stickers
Throwback uniforms
Specific school songs
Crowd chants/cheers
Game is also expected to be only on next gen consoles

It’s been 2 years since the announcement and not even a hint of gameplay or screenshots. EA needs to give us something. They haven’t even made any official announcements about the game since they announced they were bringing it back.

The game is still 11 months out. We'll likely be seeing major updates on the product sometime in December/January.

I swear to god my hatred for Ed Obannon is truly unhealthy.
To think how awesome NCAA 15-21 could have been. The entitled washed up athletes who sued… I want them all to end up homeless shooting up and crapping in the streets in Friso.

yeah, i'm not so much "appalled" by it being a madden reskin. visually, the graphics are quite good. it's just the quirks and laziness in animations that bring it down. it seems at times that madden is orchestrated to run in slow motion at times. like when you throw a deep pass, it truly is a 50/50 ball if it's 1on1.

Sorry, I prefer to make informed decisions on products I’m buying instead of looking at other similar games and assuming it’s going to look and play like that.

if you really want to see how it's going to look, play "Face of the Franchise" or "Longshot" or whatever the mode is called. pick one of the few college teams and play the CFP. that's what we're getting.

The old NCAA games, while similar, were always a different feel than the Madden games. If it’s just a Madden reskin and barebones Dynasty mode then they can go frick themselves. Along with anyone that buys that garbage.

i can't imagine it being much different. what could they possibly change gameplay wise from madden?
with the changes in rules over the years, i'd like to see how they handle recruiting in their dynasty mode.
NIL allotments
transfer portal
playing time
promises that have more weight and impact
as lazy as EA is though, i wouldn't be surprised if we saw Madden assets in the game similar to how they had previous version assets in the current game. i think it was madden 20 had madden 19 logos on the practice fields.
eta: oh yeah. i've also read that they will be the ones updating the rosters as people decide to join/leave the game similar to how they handle it for madden when trades are made. it'll automatically download them when launching the game or something similar.

I got away from consoles because this was my main game. I really don't want to buy one just to play this damn game that might be a madden reskin

i don't know if you're on PC now, but it will most definitely be on PC on EA's Origin store. they'd be dumb not to release it on PC.

Both O'Bannon brothers can EAD. Because of NCAA football being cancelled and because they beat us for the title in 95.

Madden gameplay has been arse since it moved to frostbite engine, the fact this is on the same engine is not a good sign
