They have no idea, they are just regurgitating talking points. Ask one of them for an example of how he's a "racist", they'll spit and sputter while they look at you as if you're insane for not just taking it as a given. If they are even somewhat knowledgable they'll attempt to use the border wall as their excuse. When you bring up that many legal immigrants (including hispanics) want the wall because they don't like illegal immigration either, they will stomp off in an impotent rage.

At no point, though, will they think "hmmmm,... I can't think of a single specific example so why do I think this about him...?"

Or it's 300lb rhino gals with purple hair and nose studs "bravely" saying they wouldn't let him "grab (them) by the pussy" (as if anyone, much less a billionaire with a super-model wife, would want to).
