Twins have agreed to a deal with Walker Jenkins. MLB.com is reporting his signing bonus is $7,144,200 which puts them at the exact total of $14,345,600 they were allocated in their bonus pool. Makes me feel as though they have zero interest in going over that number and paying the tax.

If Boras couldn’t get the Twins to reach into their 5% overage of bonus pool, I doubt Larson can.
