Tiger nation is everywhere. We did get a ride from a remote trailhead from a Bama guy. He said he couldn’t leave his SEC brethren stranded.

At the United Club in Denver airport right now, headed to Sydney for a week’s vacation. There’s a TD poster who lives there. Maybe he’ll see this thread and check in.

Was in Estes Park,Colorado the year after Pelini left for Nebraska. Older Nebraska couple gave me a Geaux Tigers and then thanked us for letting them have Pelini, boy did that backfire

Arky state trooper pulled me over a few years ago. He mentioned my LSU sticker on back of truck. Small talked a minute and he said "slow it down. Geaux Tigers."

Enjoyable

Are you doing the whole trail? I want to horseback that after retirement.

Best Geuax Tiger moment for me was about 7 years ago, I was on the Israeli side of the Jordan river in a LS polo and I hear a faint "Geaux Tigers" and look around. It was coming from a Tiger on the Jordanian side of the river.

We both traveled roads flanked by mines to get to our locations, only to be a few hundred yards apart yelling Geaux Tigers to one another.

Probably around 2012 I got a Geaux Tigers in Kunming, China. Turns out it was Andy Hamilton and his family.

If you have all summer I thought you could cover it. Is that wrong?

Where are you now?

I just returned from visiting the Grand Canyon and 4 of the 5 national parks in southern Utah and ran into a few tiger fans in Zion but didn't see a lot of SEC representation.

Gave 3 Ole Miss guys the "Geaux Tigers" at a restaurant in Moab and got the stink eye; turns out they are on the track team. Ran into them on top of Angels landing in Zion 3 days later.

Thanks, mate! I’ve been to Sydney about a dozen times. It’s been three long years since I’ve visited, due to Covid. I can’t wait to get back! I’ve got a friend who is a five star chef and he runs his own wine and food tours to Hunter Valley. I’ll be hooking up with him on Saturday for the tour. We usually do Sunday brunch with his wife and daughter at Manley. I’ll be doing the tall ships on Sunday night and Darling Harbour on Monday. The rest of the week will depend on the weather-looks to be rainy. I’ll probably take refuge at Fortune of War in The Rocks.
Cheers!

Got a "Geaux Tigers" on the Ouray side of Engineer Pass a couple of weeks ago.

The guy was a Ga Tech grad but "...LSU is my favorite SEC team."
