People need to understand that the FBI from the top down is not above criticism. They are not the noble organization that the media portrays them as. Lot of vipers in that nest.

"Judge shopped". The FBI filed a search warrant petition in the US District Court where the search was to take place, the Southern District of Florida. They were required to do that by law.
I don't know why they got the magistrate judge instead of one of the District Judges, because I don't practice in Florida.
