Flat iron from The Range in Denver
T-Bone from Old Hickory Steak House in Columbus, Mississippi
But yeah...agree with normally being disappointed ordering a steak at a restaurant.

I had one of these in High School. It was the first great steak I ever recall having.
Jerimiah's in Paducah, KY was memorable, although I was still young.
Of the chains, it's tough to beat Ruth's Chris.
I had a great steak at III Forks in Dallas, as well, but follow up steaks were less good.
I think a lot of things factor in. Although a restaurant may prepare the steak the same way, it doesn't always have the same wow factor. Weather it's the piece of steak, the cook, the way the meat is handled before cooking, or just how hungry you are, I've noticed that the same cut at the same restaurant has variances.
