Kill them and the next in line takes over. No way to stop the drug issue.
As far as inner cities just legalize weed and a lot of the crime goes away.

True , but you can decimate the cartel and make it harder for them to reach there connections in the US . Again I’m not talking about petty dealers selling gram bags to get by in life . I’m talking about kingpins and millionaires who got rich putting this poison into ouR country .
