You may have all kinds of adrenaline after being trapped in a burning car but if you have 3rd degree burns all over your body you are already dead.
In a few days she will succumb to those burns.

Article said she is expected to survive. But I figured it was bad if they couldn’t find a spot to draw blood for a tox screen.
She’s got a long road ahead of her. Recovery from burns is not easy. Not to mention substance abuse. And she burned down a family’s home - so she’s rightfully going to be taken to the cleaners for that.
She’s a 50 year old that acts like a pissed off teenager. She needs to grow the frick up.

I just looked at a NBC article posted an hour ago. She is in critical condition. I'm guessing the OT docs would say you can be stable in critical condition but man she is in critical condition. It takes a day or two to die from 3rd degree burns.

I'm not an OT doc, that came right from the article(s). They all say that she is stable and expected to live. I'm not sure what's controversial about that.
Where are the pics you saw? I only saw the video.

I can't imagine dying slowly over several days while being fully cognizant and knowing the pain is only going to get worse as your skin falls off.

Far cry from when she was in that movie with Harrison Ford. She was never what you'd call "hot", but could look sexy.

I do not wish her death at all. She seemed to be a terribly troubled lady. If it was announced she had 3rd degree burns on less than 50% of her body she likely has a chance. If she has TDBs on 65 to 70% of her body she's likely done. I've not seen these figures released. What an awful situation.
