Some vegetarians really enjoy the taste of meat, but have issues with killing animals for consumption and/or factory meat farming.
I enjoy eating meat, and don't plan on stopping any time, but I can understand seeing a slaughterhouse video and bring turned off by it.

Chicken and cows aren’t bad. Pig slaughterhouses are pretty awful. The squealing is nightmarish
