Except that most LIV players officially resigned from the PGA Tour like Mickelson which should forfiet any legal grounds as a member.
Look, I don't put anything past a Judges rulings these days.
IMO the timing of this suit during the FedEx Playoffs is to just poke a finger into the Tours eye.
