How soon do we forget where this team was late last year - NOT GOOD! New staff, new culture, new expectations, many new players and no clear cut leader at QB....TBD!

Vegas just wants 50/50 bets for each side. I would think the majority of College football fans/bettors would think LSU wins this game. Like 90/10 probably think that. That is what makes this spread so weird. Does Vegas actually think FSU wins this game and is just hedging a little bit for the sharps that come in late? Weird line. LSU should be favored by 7.5 for 50/50 bets

Vegas knows college markets better than anyone. Putting a higher line would get one sided action with no return on the other. Putting it on the low side and knowing the public love fest for FSU gets LSU hammering low and FSU not letting it get past -5 maybe -6 and leveling it off.
Just my opinion and could be 100% not true.

I disagree about the public love fest for FSU. People love to hate us. They have seen we have been down. We haven't made a bowl the last 3 seasons. There won't be a lot of love for FSU out there. Even most FSU fans won't touch that line.

Yeah yeah yeah. I fell right into the Vegas trap last year when I hammered down LSU vs UCLA.

I did not put money on the line last year vs UCLA. I thought we'd win, but I wasn't confident in it. We haven't seen a single game under Kelly, but I'm taking the line.

I think the tune up game is a little over valued. They won’t be getting anything from that game they couldn’t get from scrimmaging themselves.

If I was going to bet on the game today, I would give up the 2.5. Seems like a slam dunk to me. This year's team is going to be better than predicted.
