Do you think that this signing has anything to do with Taysom's recent injury in camp??

Also, just watched a 'Welcome to NO' youtube video and man, he reminds me of Jared Cook. A LOT of drops and fumbles.

Ok, 9 drops in 3 productive seasons....2019 only played 1 game. Total of 74 receptions in those 3 seasons, 8 TDs total and 4 fumbles, 2 lost.

Think I'd rather run with Krull, Trautman and see what Johnson can do.

Honestly, I think it has more to do with the lack of production at TE. As much as cooks fumbles against the Bucs pained us he was at least somewhat productive in his time here. We haven’t had consistent TE play since Graham.

It doesn't hurt to bring him in and compete. The kid has talent. If the light bulb comes on, he is starting caliber IMO i dont think it will personally just have the occasional flash in the pan game.

Also I don't think we brought him in to start. If the guy wins back up or 3rd TE we could do a lot worse
