So you think Thomas Jefferson would have voted for the Campaign Reform Act which prohibited any corporation, non-profit or union from making any political speech or electioneering within 30 days of a primary or 60 days of an election?

You seem blithely unaware of the actual Citizens United case.

Which reminds me… weren’t Dems using facets of this act in order to do sneak attacks just before the 60 day window in hopes of not having bullshite called during the dead period?
