CFA quality has been slipping for sometime now, some locations a lot worse than others. They still remain above other chains due to the fact of just how far ahead they were when they came on the scene.
I have noticed a correlation but will keep it to myself.

It's when they bowed down to the groomers and antifa types and suddenly tatted up people with colored hair started working there.
