Similar size but style is different. TDP isn’t on the same level as Hill. Jeremy was a stallion in college.

No sweat.

Emory has all of the tools to be elite.

Hill was more powerful than Emery and shiftier/faster than TDP. Emery reminds me of Alfred Blue

Jeremy Hill is one of the more underrated running backs in LSU history. Perhaps because of his off the field stuff prior to LSU.

He was even doing a postgame show last season when a guy called in a started listing great recent former backs and Hanagriff said I think you missed the guy sitting next to me and Jeremy was like “yeah I was pretty decent”.

Use the whole name instead of initials.

Yeah I dropped the ball on the name but I'll stick to the full names and double check the info next time.

No. Hill was bigger, had better vision and better lateral movement. TDP is a one cut, downhill runner. He is more of a Jacob Hester type runner.

Jeremy averaged like 6.3 ypc one year. Dude was insanely good and was a great nfl back before he withered from injury and being out of shape.

Yea for sure. Blue was a beast pre injury, and eventually really good post injury(played in the NFL for a long time). I think it just took him a little while to get back into form. But yea, there are almost too many great running backs in the Miles’ era to even count.

Jeremy Hill is a top 5-10 RB in LSU history. TDP, as good as he was at the end of last year—is not on that level.

His off the field stuff caused him to miss his freshman season. We forget, but he only played 2 years here. And I still think he’s a top 5-10 LSU back of all time. He was so fricking good. One of my favorites to ever watch. One of those rare, big dudes who probably ran a 4.6(ish) 40, but was almost never caught from behind. Big, strong, fast in pads, great instincts—I think if he hadn’t gone to Cincinnati and had bad injury luck, could have been a great pro. Had a pretty nice career as it was.

Hill was a different breed. I do appreciate TDP for dragging his crown royal bag on Florida though.

Jeremy Hill could cut much better than Tyrone Davis Price. Price was plenty fast if he ever got a chance to show his speed
