Trump needs to declare before they indict him.
They he can make the case that they have charged him because they know he will win.
If he waits and they indict him first, Democrats will say he's only running to try and protect himself from prosecution.
Trump needs to get out front. I've been saying it for months.

Garland already stated that he does not care if Trump has announced or not.
