San Ignacio Resort, San Ignacio, Belize. You can get an excursion to ATM Cave (the best ever), Mayan Ruin sites (even Tikal in Guatemala), Ziplining and Cave Tubing which is a blast, birdwatching, canoeing, etc. Highly recommend unless you have to have exciting nightlife to be happy.

I don’t repeat places a lot but I’d love to go back to Olympic national park. The whole Pacific Northwest is a really cool place to visit.
