If you were expecting Trump’s USSC nominees to act uniformly in accordance with your own personal perception and interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, your expectations were and are probably a little bit unreasonable.

What does that have to do with the judge in DC?
Btw a former law clerk fir Gorsuch is saying the same thing. He even went as far as to say the judge in this case "knows he messed this case up"
