Someone on Reddit who seems to know the location is hinting that it is not The Shrine, but idk.
Either way, if this happens I’ll for sure get season tickets.

Yulman won't work for soccer. A guy from the Tulane athletic department told me a few years ago there are no plans to revive women's soccer be a use they don't have a place to play.

I heard it was the same ownership group that owns Sacramento FC. I assume there will be some local part owners as well.

Wonder what’s the chances they worked a deal to build a stadium in the new River District near the Market St power plant. Long shot, but if they aren’t playing at the Shrine then I have no clue where they’d play assuming above is correct about no Orleans stadiums matching standards.

Pretty sure he said it is in Orleans Parish, which is interesting. I am stoked about it, will for sure be getting season tickets.
With the right marketing and a few Honduran players I think a team can be extremely successful here.

Lafreniere just put in 2 fifa certified turf fields. No stadium. Fire uses the fields.
