There are a million ways to get to the desired goal. I don’t enjoy those workouts so I won’t do those but I appreciate the information.
Key to anything at life is finding something you enjoy or you won’t do it consistently especially with working out on personal time.

well what kind of workouts do you enjoy? and if you arent into lifting heavy weights then why are you asking about peptides? so confused.

Everyone wants to be lean and muscular, but no one wants to lift heavy. Go figure.
