Will NIL deals reduce decommits?

I dont know how the deals are being structured, but I suppose they could put some language in the contract that would require a commit to repay any money he received up front if he doesn't actually report to the team he originally committed to.

These deals aren’t supposed to be allowed as you describe. The money changing hands before the recruit is on campus and enrolled and attending class is a clear level one violation.

Since there is no NIL contract, the athlete can feast and flee if he chooses, at anytime, with no recourse.
