Which is why I got out after 6 months. The native kids were allowed to run amok, there was absolutely no accountability and no recourse. It was a giant social experiment, little learning was being done. The parents and administrators hold you responsible for shite these kids do, or don't do, and there's nothing else that can be done.

It's even worse now.
Even in the best of situations, teachers and administrators are running away from the profession.
