A leftist who is okay with most of these rulings

I don't like Presidents who rule by EO, be that Trump or Biden. (A lot of people have forgotten how much this board loved Trump's EOs).
I also hate this administration's war on oil/gas companies.

FTR, I wrote in my vote for President. And I live in a state that was 100% guaranteed to go Trump.

Several of us MAGA faithful called Trump on his bs, yet it's ironic seeing no one do the same about Biden. They just hide in a cave and wait for it to blow over only to return to parrot some dumb shite.

This Texas ruling allows Biden to strike down Trump's Remain in Mexico policy by EO. The only reason Texas sued was due to the fact that a prior SCOTUS did not allow Trump to rescind Obama's EO on children of undocumented immigrants. That was a bad decision. This decision actually corrects a prior bad SCOTUS decision.
Now when Trump gets in office in 2024 don't be mad that he rescinds Obama's EO on children of undocumented immigrants.

I remember that a lot of Trump’s EOs were done to cancel all of the BS Obama did by EO. He also created EOs to try to clean up the mess at the boarder because of Obama’s policies which ignored illegal immigration.
