50s isnt old dude. it only feels old because you are used to being sedetary and are extremely weak

yea very doubtful you can do pullups. the #1 thing with getting better at pullups is lack of bodyfat. 2nd is practicing pullups.

lets put it this away 90% of people who have not performed a pullup in more than a year, will not be able to perform a pullup, especially if they have a dad bod aka 25% + bodyfat in most cases. 20%+ for sure.
