You mean you didn't find the scene where hes banging the chick against the wall and gunning down bad guys at the same time believable?

67 isn't exactly a high rating.

When a bad guy gets a carrot shoved through the back of his neck and the line "eat your vegetables" is dropped, I wasn't really expecting anything realistic.

I thought it was fun.

No, but watching a tongue-in-cheek action movie that doesn't take itself too seriously and is intentionally over-the-top and corny is.

Why I have no faith in humanity is the fact that people in this thread have seen the movie and thought it was supposed to be believable.

Well done.

I enjoyed the sheer over-the-topness of this flick, which I believe was their goal.

definitely entertaining.

I watched this with a friend about two months ago..I was ashamed of two of my favs in Owens and Giamatti for being such whore$ for a paycheck!

'Shoot 'Em Up' took jumping-the-shark and nuking-the-fridge to an new artform.

Grandma's Boy?

That movie was so unrealistic. No wonder it got a low rating.

Yeah it's pretty funny how people watch movies like Shoot 'em Up and think it' supposed to be cinematic gold, when in reality the makers aimed for it to be over the top and outrageous.

W got 83%.

Approval of a Stone film disqualifies you as a critic in my book.
