Cutting over to the far right lane to be first at a red light preventing everybody behind you who’s actually turning right from doing so.

This times a thousand. I live off a nice, four lane road that intersects with a much larger, heavily trafficked road. When some jackass moves into the right lane at the light and doesn't turn right is criminal. The major road gets the preference with the lights and this jerk just held all of us up so he can be first to go straight.
