That doesn't happen. That's a bunch of bullshite and you need to get your frickin' head out of twitter or whatever the frick else has you convinced of that.

There are quacks and incompetent doctors in the medical field but there aren't a "shite ton" of them, in fact no where close. The vast, overwhelming majority of physicians in the country are reasonable, competent people.

The types you're describing exist in such small numbers, that if not for social media and smoothed brained discussion forums, you likely wouldn't know about them.

I've spent my professional life working with physicians of all stripes and the only quacks I've ever encountered worked in psychiatry and there were only a handful of those.

Your garden variety, American educated physician would probably be one of the most intelligent and level headed people you know. My guess is you don't know many.
