Won't happen. Lee will be much better next year.

If he does, I hope he comes out and plays like Tyrell Pryor is doing!

He'll likely play every game, but start? No! Don't get so down on Lee. He's only going to get better, and I think he will be one of the better SEC QB's next season.

Lee will start and play 80%. Shep will play the other 20%. Defenses will have to prepare for two completely different offenses.

Crowton is eyeing Shep like a wrapped present under the Christmas tree.

Lee will be just fine. The baptism by fire that he is going through will pay huge dividends in the long run.

I would love to have a kicker that can actually put it in the end zone.......

Totally...it will be awesome to have a true freshman start games against SEC defenses, and have even more growing pains next year than we're having this year. I mean, why would we want an experienced guy like Lee who is proving himself, and getting better, when we could gaurantee like four losses with a freshman starter?

Seriously, that's a idea.

Ummm...even Peyton Manning didn't start every game as a true freshman...remember that.

He's not quite having the redshirt freshman year that Tommy Hodson did, but the season is still young. He'll get better with each game and be the starter for the next four years unless he gets injured.

Sorry bout that. All you "Speed is Everything" geeks will just have to accept that. RS will be a good change of pace QB or will be moved to RB or WR......

how is that reasonable? The guy hasn't been to one practice yet. I hope he's all world, but give him a chance to earn it on the practice field. Pure idiocy.

I would think that RS is intelligent enough to 'NOT' wish to be put in a situation before he is ready. There will be many ways that he can be used and contribute next year.

I cannot wait until January when RShepard is enrolled at LSU. I do not think that RS will be disappointed with the # of touches he gets as a true freshman.

The extent of his touches will depend upon the productivity of the touches he is given. Les and Crowton will give him every opportunity to showcase his talents.
