This should really put into perspective how awful our pitching was. I know CJJ is addressing it, but God we were really in a bad spot with this roster of arms.

I don’t agree with the angle of praising the coaches for “doing so much with so little.”

If you watched the games, there was a lot of bad coaching in terms of pitch calling and defensive personnel/positioning.

I’m not an expert by any means but the inability by college athletes plating at the highest level is baffling.

It wasn't ideal, but our bullpen carried us against much better offenses all year. I couldn't understand why even they were so off against USM. I guess they finally ran out of gas.
