Will Wade was not a good in game coach and that was not changing. He was a great recruiter and organizer but his team was always going to run into a better coached team at the end of the year. I think he had a ceiling. Hopefully the next coach doesn’t.

Yes, because all good coaches reached their ceiling before their 40th birthday.
