Why isn't Floyd or Hilliard starting in the FINALS?

Why is a kid who hasn't has ANY success in the last 6 weeks or longer starting in the finals?
Wait Floyd pitched in winners bracket last night, understandable. I get it.
Where is Hilliard? He should be today's starter in the finals. Oh wait, he started Friday night against KENNESAW, a trashcan team who wouldn't have made the playoff regional tbw but they won their conference tourney for a lucky automatic bid and we dropped 14 runs on. ok I got it.
