They have always come out last week of May. I bought preference point this year so I haven’t seen any emails.

They come out always in June. Usually the first week or so of June. So I’d expect results any day.

Researched a bit on this subject and they are implementing a new system with licensing, so it pushed back the date on the draw results. Should come out middle of June. 30k applicants and only 22k+ tags given out.

Kansas been flooded with hunters since beginning of Covid.
Applications way up.
Not going to be as easy as it used to be.

Great unit. There are some bruisers in there. I hunted a diy outfitter there, be happy to pass you the info if you are interested.

My old man got notified he had been drawn for Unit 8 rifle yesterday. They have some studs on camera.

I got my dates mixed up with Iowa lottery. Kansas results are out now and this is my first year to get denied. It sucks

I struck out too. I applied to Utah, Montana and Kansas and nothing. Only bright spot is the preference points.

Last year was my first time in 10 years to get denied. I was shocked as we always apply the night it opens, which I was told by the department increased your odds of success using Kansas’ methodology.
I don’t know why the state has blown up all of a sudden but I think the days of getting guaranteed draws in good regions every year are over based on last two years. It does indeed suck
