What business ideas would you want if you had the money?

Long story short, have extra income and don’t trust the stock market and curious on how to start a side business that can eventually take place as main income. Thought of car wash and laundromat. Any other ideas?

Looked this up as well but interest rates for investment property is super high and so is the price of rental properties to the point where it didn’t make financial sense

I would buy/build commercial property to lease out in a good area. That will provide you a steady stream of income until you are too old to give a shite.

The two biggest scams in the country are nursing homes and daycare. Invest in nursing homes and/or senior housing or something like that. No one gets any younger and babies are always being made.
