at first I was going to : casty: this, but then I realized that it's pretty likely that Penn State scores 49 on UM

In the 7 Penn St games this year, only once (@Purdue) has the point total not been under 48. The only question is would they "let up" since its conference play, and going by last week I would say they wouldn't.

Miami -3
Miss +12
USC -42.5
Michigan St. +3.5
Oklahoma -19.5

I think Ole Miss has the D-line to slow down the run game and get pressure on JPW.
I like Oklahoma, despite all the points, as they always play well at home, especially following a loss.

Hadn't noticed that. Going to put some money on it now.

Even if UM keeps it close, I think the total would end up over 50.

Wow. On sportsbook it's 46.5, so I'll probably wait till near gametime to see if it drops more.

This is my first time betting (LSU being favored by less than a field goal suckered me in).

Just to confirm the language, betting on LSU to cover the spread means I think I have them scoring more than the predicted -2.5 line?

Newb question, and kinda obvious, but I would like to avoid the chance of finding out I really bet on SC.

They have to win by 3 or more, for you to collect.

Yeah, I figured that.

Just wanted to double check.

Thanks.

I have South Carolina +3.5, I think I may place a bet on LSU -2.5. Doing the math it is probably worth it for me to risk the vig, on the chance I can collect on both if LSU wins by exactly 3.

My favorite bet of the week so far is Oklahoma State -16.5 at home against Baylor.

I know Baylor is much improved, but I cant see them staying within 16 points on the road.

Just laid 250 on Miami to win. It was paying
-160. If Miami can't beat Duke I don't think I want to be a fan of college football anymore

well he could have got his money in at -18, if he would have waited...

now the line is 17.5

although in his defense, most of the early lines he picked have moved away from his spread. so he put his money in early correctly for most of his games.
